A Dublin Landscape | An ancient Oak silently holds audience deep in the forest surrounded by his younger saplings in Messy’s Wood in the Dublin Mountains
Well firstly let me start off by wishing you all a very happy New Year. One of the images that made it into my Top 10 for last year was a piece entitled A Line of Crocuses which I originally shared with you in March. I’d like to share an alternate composition of the same subject with you today.
Well it appears as if March is the month of the Purple Crocus, atleast according to this blog. This is the 3rd image I have posted and I have in fact published 5 to my portfolio. I mentioned earlier that these flowers, along with Tulips mark the beginning of Spring for me.
Spring has most certainly sprung here in Ireland. Along with the new growth we have had some beautiful days of hazy blue skys and bright sunshine, still on the chilly side though.
