From a leisurely stroll around my local park during some fine weather. Wonderful to see all this new life springing up everywhere. An opportunistic shot captured handheld wide open at f/2.8, so about 2mm of effective DOF.

I am constantly fascinated by the designs found in nature and this flower is just one example of that. The soft purplish design, it’s almost as if someone spilled ink down the delicate white petals.
