The morning sun casts a golden glow upon the hillside in the Wicklow mountains, breaking through some heavy clouds while a frost covered rock stands silently watching in the foreground. Click on the Image to see a larger version, and to purchase/license.
So this week has been all about Lough Tay and the surrounding area and it continues with today’s post. I kicked this series off on Monday with an image entitled The Fence and the Field. In that post I mentioned that it was one of two images I captured in that location. Today I present the second of those.
For those watching closely you may notice that the subject of the image from Monday, the fence is actually in the background of this image. A slight change in position (about 5 meters), slighly different perspective (left of the Monday image) and a different orientation (portrait vs landscape) and you have a very different image.
Tip : Always take the time to consider all possibilities when viewing a scene.
