Looking out across the Upper Lake to the mountains behind in Glendalough, Co. Wicklow, Ireland
This is from a recent dusk shoot in Glendelough, Co Wicklow. It was a very overcast day but we did get very short moments of some clearing sky. The light was dropping off very quickly once the sun fell behind the left side of the mountain so there was very little time for set-up. Fumbling around in the dark is never easy, trying to set up your tripod, guess what your composition actually looks like, and then holding the shutter release button for 2 or more minutes, all the while hoping it all comes together in the 15 minutes you have before it’s pitch black. It is a lot of fun though 🙂
Hope you enjoy.
