A slightly longer absence then planned but I have been out and about with the Canon EOS 400D trying to get used to it. A trip to Edinburgh for Paddies weekend gave me plenty of photo opportunities but I didn’t seem to take much advantage as I’m pretty unhappy overall with the shots I took. A couple of hours spent over the Easter weekend in a Forest and then a local Park has me a little more confident but a long way to go. Tomorrow I’m off to upgrade my Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 Kit Lens with a Sigma 17-70mm F2.8-4.5 DC MACRO. Not a huge step but a slightly improved Focal and Zoom Range with better optics and a Macro function. Anyway I’ve popped the most recent photo’s into a creatively named gallery called New (dead link). I have also added another Gallery named People (dead link), I’ll let you figure out it’s contents!
